We have an Architect who has hired an engineer to do a complete survey of our elecrical and mechanical problems.
The study has been completed with great detail and the Architect is getting the projected cost of this portion of the upgrade from an electrical and mechanical contractor. 
We will post pictures of our renovation as we progress.
We have received a price of $85,000.00 for the initial electric upgrade.
